Adam Rettek has worked in both the New York and Los Angeles entertainment markets over the last 10 years.

Now, as an LA based editor, Adam's creative indulgence is fed by a diverse array of scripted narratives including short films, comedy sketches, and most recently additional editing work on the award-winning family drama-edy film Mother's Little Helpers which premiered at the SXSW Festival.

Adam's microscopic instincts as an editor will bring a unique surprise to your projects eyes; focused on bold character building and setting the stage for lush and nuanced environments. With a speciality in finding the humanity in humor - particularly loosely constructed improvisation - Adam's editing range also touches genres in drama, suspense, romance, dry instruction, wild surrealism and even obnoxious pretension. You name it, Adam can create it.

Adam currently resides in North Hollywood with one of his greatest sources of inspiration, his dog Granger.
